  • Why should I transmit information in accordance with the WAYJ period?
    Because you ought to still have a few days to apply yourself if we failed to register. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours (or, to put it simply, two days: 12 hours on one day and 12 hours on other day) of submitting your personal information, you may be certain that we were unable to register for your position at that time, you then have more than 3 to 4 days to apply on your own.

    No need go and wait for internet café operator. Your work will done by us through online. Time saved. This is totally online. Reasonable cost. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours (12 hours on one day plus 12 hours on the next) of submitting your information, you can be certain that we were unable to register right away. You then have up to 3 or 4 more days to register.
  • Why must I first fill out the pre-application form? Why do you only collect certain details? Why don't you collect all the details at once?
    To compare information from your pre-application with information from a job requirements, such as gender and the deadline so on. Your basic information informs us of your eligibility requirements. There's no point in collecting all of your information and making you worry about miss use of details.
  • What is the cost of one registration? What is the service charge? How much money should I pay for one registration?
    As of right now, our service fee is 40 rupees for each registration. Depending on the employment provider, there may be an application fee or registration fee.
  • What is One-time subscription? | One-time registration | One-time Membership
    A one-time subscription entails paying a fee each year or each month, which we register certain number of applications as per subscription plan. When a one-time subscription becomes available, we'll let you know.

  • Do you have Facebook, Telegram, Instagram? Why do you only use Gmail as primary contact?
    We currently solely use Gmail for contact to eliminate counterfeit. Limited crew. Soon, we'll provide additional social media for contact, advertisement, support, etc.
  • Why is it important to you that the customer read the T&C before completing the pre-application form?
    To be transparent with the customer about who we are, what we can and cannot do, how we operate, considering our limitations, etc., so that the customer can decide on the spot whether to move forward or not. In the meantime, we subject ourselves to our work ethics. We can do nothing, however, in the event of any unanticipated events that exceed our capacity, particularly in light of the advanced technology. We started WAYJ with a friendly approach and expect it to continue to do so in the future, not aiming for too much professionalism in terms of the relationship between the WAYJ and the customer. Whether or not you register through WAYJ is entirely up to you.
  • How did this idea come?
    First, we identified a few common problems. Some people are unsure how to apply. Some will encounter a busy server. Poor network issues particularly in remote areas. Not familiar with compressing exact sizes of files, photos, signatures, etc. Some people lack editing skills. Some take a long time to register. Double payment, other technical issues, etc. Trouble understanding in languages. Physically challenged. People who suddenly fallen sick. Those who doesn't have time for registration. , etc. Then we had the thought: why don't we apply for other people at a fair price? We were in town, confronting challenges like these, and we imagined how people from villages must feel, etc.
  • What are your further plans? Will there be any improvements?
    Increasing the customer care interaction time with customers. Speeding up the registration processing time from our end. Reducing the percentage of rejections and accepting the maximum number of registrations per day. Payment friendly. Providing and facilitating other job registration services i.e. private sector. Expanding WAYJ services where there is a need for assisting, applying, registering, guiding, supporting, promoting, advertising, organizing mock tests, analysing competitive exams of the customers, surveying, and providing required study material with subsidy, virtual library rooms, and the customers' collaboration with others, i.e., people with higher positions, retired etc. Subsequently, WAYJ's amalgamation with sophisticated technologies like artificial intelligence, etc. Still, there are some that cannot be disclosed currently.

  • What if errors are found in the details after the preview? What if errors are found on either our end or the end of the customer? What if you discover errors after the preview?
    If there are any errors on our end after the customer completes the preview, we will reimburse the service charge and job registration fee. (Initiation can take up to 7–10 business days.) The service charge and job registration fee are not refundable if the customer makes mistakes. ​ If you encounter errors after you have completed a preview and payment has not been made, we will correct them; otherwise, the service charge and job registration fee are not refundable. Before completing a pre-application form for registration, please read the T&C and, if feasible, the FAQ. We recommend do not apply through WAYJ, if you have hesitation.

  • Where and when to pay? | Payment methods | Payment modes or options.
    After previewed by the customer, the registration fee and our service charge, which is INR 40, must be paid to us, and only then further process will continue. Note: In any special situations we request payment accordingly. Payment Modes: Paytm, Phone pay, Google pay.
  • I have not yet received my reimbursement. Where has my refund gone? How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
    If your refund is delayed or unsuccessful, you can view the details on the UPI app's (the app you have used for transactions) transaction history. You could look there. whether or not an attempt was made at a transaction.(like as shown in the picture) Why does it occur? Due to the fact that while using online payment apps, it may occasionally display "bank server busy" or "money on hold," etc., and likely indicate that the failed amount will take X business days to reflect in your account. We had to face the same problem once if we encountered it, but we also had to wait for a while. Refunds can sometimes be credited in fewer or more days. We will credit your account if it is credited to ours.
  • I sent you money, but you didn't receive it.| Payment hold | Payment failure
    At times, it happens; do not worry; there is a chance to see in the payment section whether you sent money to us or not. It will show as a payment failure, like in the above picture. You need to send a screenshot or failed transaction ID like the one above in the picture. Once it is clarified that you really tried to send it to us, but there is some technical issue, If the deadline for registration is far enough away, you can wait, or you can again attempt to send the fees, and we will use that. If we receive that failed money, then we will credit it back to your account. Some times, failed transactions will reflect on your account. If money got hold, it will take x business days to reflect in your account (customer) or the receiver's account (WAYJ). In that situation, we can't say whether you will get that money or we will. That is why it is preferable to send a second payment (only recommended for first-time payment failures). Don't worry; if we get that money, we will credit it back to you.
  • Why do I need to send money for second time, if payment failure is encountered, the bank server is busy, or money gets held?
    Because money may be credited to our account or bounce back to your account at times, it is recommended to send it again for further processing. Don't worry; if we receive the failed transaction money, we will credit you back. T&Cs applicable.
  • What are the reasons for payment failure? | Transaction failed | Payment hold
    There could be many reasons for payment failure while sending from one account to another. They may be: 1. Bank server busy 2. A poor network issue 3. While the sender or receiver bank or UPI app is fixing technical issues. 4. Update issues. 5. Mobile app bugs 6. Transactions per day limit crossed. 7. May be some setting issues.
  • Where and how do I apply?

  • Why are we unable to inform you sometimes within 24 hours?
    We have already stated that if we decide to apply for your position after carefully examining all factors, we will let you know by requesting the full information from you. Only after that will we be able to continue and finish the process. You must consider that we failed to apply for your particular position for whatever reason after 24 hours, for which we may or may not have informed you sometimes, and you must move forward on your own. We are not accountable after 24 hours (12 hours of one day and 12 hours of the next day), as we also stated in the T&Cs, to which you agreed.
  • What is a 24-hour time slot?
    The customer must send details according to WAYJ period before (at least 7 to 10 business days prior) the last date of registration. ​ For Group registration depending on number of persons, WAYJ period may vary, it could be less or more. ​ After we receive all of your information, we will give a time frame of 24 hours because we only work for you during that period. ​ It includes two working days (12 hours on one day and 12 hours on another day). Note: We work mostly on business days. ​ During those working hours, we will try to register for your job. If we encounter any issues, such as details, certificates, server issues, and so on, we will not register for you, but we will make every effort to notify you within that time frame. ​​ If you receive or unable to receive a notification from us during or after the 24-hour window, we will assume that you can register by yourself because you have had more than four days to do so. ​ Once the 24-hour window has passed, we are not responsible; you must continue applying yourself.
  • What is group apply or Group registration? and What is WAYJ period?
    Group registration or Group apply is divided into a few types. If you select Group registration (the group must contain a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 60, then the discount is applicable) Mode 1: The number of people belonging to the same group with the same type of job (15% discount). Mode 2: The number of people belonging to the same group with different types of jobs (10% discount) Mode 3: The number of people belonging to the same group is divided again into small groups with group-wise registration (20% discount). Depending upon the modes of 1, 2, or 3 in the options above, the number of days you should submit before the last dates of your job varies. ​What is the WAYJ period? It is the time frame prior to the deadline for final registration during which one must send us the information. WAYJ period 0: 10 days prior (for one) ​ WAYJ Period 1: 10 to 15 days prior (comes under Mode 1). ​ WAYJ Period 2: 12 to 17 days prior (comes under Mode 2). ​ WAYJ Period 3: 14 to 19 days prior (comes under Mode 3). NOTE: Occasionally, depending on the number of persons in the group or an unexpected occurrence, the number of days may go up, down, or vary. The tentative time slot may vary (based on the options above and the number of people in the group).
  • Is WAYJ limited only to Indian jobs?
    As of now, yes. In the future, we will work on it.
